Cancellations by the tenant are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations up to 14 days before the check-in date are free of charge.
• Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before the check-in date require a fee of 50% of the total price.
• Cancellations within 7 days before the check-in date require payment of 100% of the total price.

Cancellations by the provider will be refunded to the tenant in full.
