General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope and Subject Matter
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all agreements and contracts between the landlord of the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“ (hereinafter referred to as „We“ or „Provider“) and our customers (hereinafter referred to as „Customer“ or „Tenant“) regarding the booking and use of the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“.
1.2 Deviating or supplementary terms of the tenant shall only be effective if expressly agreed to in writing by us.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Cancellations
2.1 A contract for the booking of the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“ comes into effect once the tenant submits a booking request and it is confirmed by us.
2.2 Cancellations by the tenant are subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellations up to 14 days before the check-in date are free of charge.
b. Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before the check-in date require a fee of 50% of the total price.
c. Cancellations within 7 days before the check-in date require payment of 100% of the total price.
2.3 Cancellations by the provider will be refunded to the tenant in full.
3. Liability for Damages in the Luxury Loft "Atrium-X"
3.1 The tenant is liable for damages or losses to furnishings, premises, or other property of the landlord in the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“ caused during their stay.
3.2 In case of damages or losses, the tenant is obligated to cover the costs for repair or replacement of the damaged items according to their current market value.
3.3 Additional costs for incurred damages or losses will be charged to the tenant’s credit card if the amount is not settled otherwise.
4. Payment Options for the Luxury Loft "Atrium-X"
4.1 Bookings for the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“ can be made via credit card at the time of booking.
4.2 Swiss citizens can book upon arrival. The booking is subject to manual verification and approval by a staff member. The manual verification includes providing a copy of the tenant’s ID and a manual bank transfer or a manual credit card payment of CHF 1.00 to confirm the booking and cancellation terms. Payment of the remaining amount will be made in cash on the day of arrival.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 This contract for the Luxury Loft „Atrium-X“ is governed by Swiss law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the landlord’s domicile.
6. Changes to the GTC
6.1 We reserve the right to change these GTC at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website and will be effective from the date of their publication.
